Eastern Kansas Government Finance Officers Association
The Eastern Kansas Government Finance Officers Association (EKGFOA) was established as a network for government finance professionals in eastern Kansas to share information and improve their knowledge of governmental finance issues.
EKGFOA meetings are held on a bi-monthly basis & are hosted by various local government entities in the region. Each meeting includes a speaker (selected by the hosting entity) who will discuss issues relevant to local government finance officials.
Membership
Governmental membership is available to employees of governmental entities whose duties include the areas of administration, finance, or accounting. The annual membership fee for governmental membership is $50 per individual.
Associate membership is available to employees of private sector entities who have an interest in government finance. The annual membership fee for associate membership is $30 per individual.
Annual membership invoices are generally mailed in January by the EKGFOA Treasurer.

Annual membership dues for 2022 have been suspended due to COVID-19 related circumstances and not meeting in person for half of the year. We will be collecting dues again in 2023.
